About DomainLensIQ
Domain buying needs an underwriting file, not another unexplained score.
DomainLensIQ is a private-beta decision tool for operators buying expired and auction domains. It exists to make evidence, risk, price discipline, and later outcomes part of the same workflow.
What we are building
The operator app turns auction inventory into a ranked deal room, then keeps comparable metrics, DNS and HTTP checks, archive history, trademark screens, research notes, valuation assumptions, and portfolio outcomes attached to each domain.
Why this approach
Marketplace appraisals are easy to obtain, but the number rarely explains buyer depth, harmful history, total carrying cost, or why an operator should stop bidding. DomainLensIQ is designed around the decision and its evidence rather than the largest possible estimate.
Current status
The product is invite-only while the scoring engine is calibrated against held-out data, live paper trades, and real acquisition outcomes. Public research will distinguish observed facts, model estimates, assumptions, and retrospective lessons. We will not manufacture success stories before enough evidence exists.
Editorial standard
Resources are written and reviewed by the DomainLensIQ editorial team. Each page states its publication and review date, includes limitations where relevant, and is updated only after a meaningful change. Factual claims should be reproducible from named sources or clearly labeled as analysis.
Contact and access
DomainLensIQ is currently collecting beta requests from domain investors, SEO and affiliate operators, and agencies that can help evaluate the workflow against real decisions.
